I sat down in a very comfortable seat and grabbed my popcorn. It was movie night with my wife at our local movie theater! I’ve always like to go to the theaters early to watch the commercials and trailers. I looked forward to the movie, but I had no idea that I would be pleasantly surprise by a commercials.
I looked up to see an electric car, the Nissan Leaf. Their new commercial featured the look of the new Leaf and its fuel saving qualities. The commercial was set in an urban environment. What surprised me the most was the diversity featured in the commercial. I had an earlier post that spoke about the need for electric vehicle companies to reach out to minority markets. As urban populations continue to grow, we must find ways to live in a sustainable way. Electric vehicles (EVs) are a great answer to urban environmental issues as CO2 emissions and pollution. EV manufacturers are reflecting the diversity already present in our cities. Enjoy the commercial here. Here’s to more EVs in our cities next year!
