In order to understand EV preferences as a whole, one can look at a country where EV’s have found more success: Norway. While there may be certain cultural differences, this study nevertheless shows some of the more common preferences from EV drivers. Two of the more interesting findings include partial conversion and range.

The majority of EV drivers were part of two-car households, with the other car mainly being gasoline or diesel based. In addition, while range anxiety has been a constant worry, EV drivers drove more on average than drivers of gasoline-based vehicles.
