With the increasing aggravating of air pollution, Chinese government cut the speed of expanding the number of vehicles and focus on combating environmental problems. At the same time, more subsidies are given for electrical vehicles for next year.
According to Bloomberg, the subsidies on electrical vehicles for this year is 5 percent for this year and 10 percent for 2015. Besides, other new promotions are supported: at the end of last month, the new regulation provides a subsidy from $1800 to $10400 for the electrical vehicles’ buyers.
However, it still has some barriers on this new energy transition. For example, the number of new cars’ plates are limited by the lottery system. Also, the lack of choice also slows down the acceptance of electrical vehicles.
